On the A38 heading towards
Cornwall, you pass Sainsbury’s Superstore on your left (big white sails)
stay on the A38 and take the Forder Valley Roundabout slip road, keep in
the right hand lane, at traffic lights signal right and take the 3rd exit
to the Parkway Industrial Estate. Carry on up the hill to traffic lights,
you will see the IBIS hotel on your right, carry on through traffic lights
heading downhill on Longbridge Road, take the 2nd left hand junction this
is after the John Kitto Ski Lodge, this is St Modwen Road, carry on up the
hill and to the right you will see the main complex. Turn right into the
car park reception is to your front.
Heading North
Once over the Tamar bridge
heading towards Plymouth about 5 miles take the next exit left keep in the
right hand lane signed Parkway Industrial Estate at traffic lights. Follow
road marking for Parkway Ind Est and head slightly uphill towards traffic
lights you will see the IBIS hotel on your right, carry on through traffic
lights heading downhill on Longbridge Road, take the 2nd left hand
junction this is after the John Kitto Ski Lodge, this is St Modwen Road,
carry on up the hill and to the right you will see the main complex. Turn
right into the car park reception is to your front.
Heading East
On the A374 traveling out of
Plymouth towards Marsh Mills Roundabout/A38 keep in the left hand lane, at
traffic lights turn left and make your way into the right hand lane, at
the traffic lights on the Parkway Roundabout take the 3rd exit to the
Parkway Industrial Estate. Carry on up the hill to traffic lights, you
will see the IBIS hotel on your right, carry on through traffic lights
heading downhill on Longbridge Road, take the 2nd left hand junction this
is after the John Kitto Ski Lodge, this is St Modwen Road, carry on up the
hill and to the right you will see the main complex. Turn right into the
car park reception is to your front.
Heading West
Traveling on the A386 from Yelverton to
Plymouth, take the left hand lane at the traffic lights by the Park and
Ride onto the B3432 Plymbridge Road traveling for 1 ½ miles, at the
roundabout turn right 3rd exit heading down the hill on Novorossiysk Road
again for 1½ miles, at the traffic lights keep in the left hand lane, turn
left and head towards the A38 Parkway Industrial Estate Roundabout, at the
roundabout keep in the left hand lane and travel uphill going through the
traffic lights, you will now be heading downhill on Longbridge Road, take
the 2nd left hand junction this is after the John Kitto Ski Lodge, this is
St Modwen Road, carry on up the hill and to the right you will see the
main complex. Turn right into the car park reception is to your front.
