We are currently seeking several prominent warehouse properties in and around London and the Home Counties as well as in the North to increase our network of self storage depots. Ideally, the buildings should have B8 use established; however, we would consider any buildings with alternative uses that satisfy the criteria set forth below. The buildings should fulfil most of the following requirements which are ranked in descending order of importance:

  1. Demographics: Close proximity to densely populated areas with A, B, and C demographic profiles as well as concentrations of small and large businesses.


  2. Prominence: The buildings should be prominently located on main roads where the trade will benefit from vehicular and pedestrian traffic.


  3. Location: Ideally, the building will be located near a retail park with a major grocer, DIY operator, or fast food retailer as a tenant.


  4. Size: 20,000-80,000 square feet on the ground floor depending upon eaves height.


  5. Access: Customers must be able to easily drive into the site.


  6. Tenure: Freeholds preferred however leaseholds will be considered when a sufficient term is available.


  7. Markets: We are searching for properties throughout the UK in markets that contain more than 100,000 people within a 20 minute drive time. For a complete listing, use the three links above.
